Qorvic is a business software product designed to help organizations organize customer communication, commercial workflows and operational follow-up.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the public Qorvic website, communications sent to Qorvic, future use of Qorvic products and services where this policy is referenced, and authorized business messaging integrations.

Information collected through the public website

The initial public website does not intentionally collect personal information through registration forms, analytics SDKs or advertising trackers. Standard server logs generated by hosting infrastructure may contain IP address, browser type, device information, requested URL, request time and technical security data.

Information voluntarily provided

If you contact Qorvic by email, we may process information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, message content, and support or business inquiry details.

Future platform data

Organizations using Qorvic may authorize processing of business account identifiers, authorized channel identifiers, customer conversation data, contact information, operational metadata, and authentication or provisioning events. This describes intended platform processing at a high level and does not mean every capability is generally available.

WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta

Connections to supported provider services require authorization from the organization and the relevant provider. Qorvic only accesses information permitted by the organization and provider-approved authorization flow. Provider credentials must be handled securely, and Qorvic does not ask end users to publish API tokens in the browser.

Meta and WhatsApp may process information under their own policies. Qorvic is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. WhatsApp and Meta are trademarks of their respective owners.

Purposes of processing

We may process information to provide and operate services, respond to inquiries, maintain security, diagnose technical problems, prevent fraud and misuse, meet legal obligations, manage authorized integrations and improve reliability.

Legal bases
