Acceptance of terms
By accessing the public website or using Qorvic services where these Terms are referenced, you agree to these Terms.
Description of Qorvic
Qorvic is a business software platform designed to help organizations organize customer communication, commercial workflows and operational follow-up from one place. Some capabilities may be in preparation, limited release or subject to provider authorization.
Business-use eligibility
Qorvic is intended for business use by organizations and their authorized personnel. It is not intended for personal consumer use or for use by children.
Authorized account use
You are responsible for ensuring that each user, account, business channel and integration is authorized by the organization that owns or controls it. Account credentials must be protected and used only by authorized personnel.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you provide, the conduct of your users, your customer communications, and compliance with applicable laws, provider policies and contractual obligations.
Acceptable use
You may use Qorvic only for lawful business purposes and in a manner that respects applicable communication rules, privacy obligations, security requirements and third-party service terms.
Prohibited activities
You must not misuse Qorvic, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, distribute malicious code, send unlawful or abusive communications, violate provider policies, reverse engineer restricted components, or use Qorvic to infringe the rights of others.
Third-party services
Third-party services have separate terms and policies. Availability may depend on provider APIs, provider approval, account status and technical requirements. Provider changes may affect functionality, and Qorvic does not control third-party services.
Meta and WhatsApp integrations
Qorvic may support authorized connections to business messaging services, including WhatsApp Business Platform. The customer is responsible for having valid authorization to connect business accounts and communication channels. Qorvic does not control Meta or WhatsApp and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.
Intellectual property
Qorvic, including its software, interface, documentation, brand elements and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Qorvic intellectual property to you.
Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback, Qorvic may use them to improve products and services without restriction or obligation, while respecting applicable confidentiality commitments.
Availability and changes
Qorvic may change, limit, suspend or discontinue features as needed for security, reliability, compliance, provider changes, maintenance or product development. We aim to communicate material changes when practical.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if there is suspected misuse, security risk, violation of these Terms, violation of provider policies, non-payment where applicable, or legal or operational necessity.
Disclaimers
Qorvic is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, provider approval, or continued availability of third-party integrations.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Qorvic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities arising from use of Qorvic.
Indemnification
You agree to reasonably defend and hold harmless Qorvic from claims arising from your unlawful use of Qorvic, your content, your communications, your connected accounts, or your violation of these Terms or third-party service terms.
Governing law
Governing law for any specific commercial agreement may be defined in that agreement. Where no separate agreement applies, disputes are handled under applicable law.
Changes to the terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. When they change, the Last updated date above will be revised.
